Turn every checkout into more revenue

The seconds after payment are the highest-trust moment a store ever gets. Proa Offer Engine uses them: post-purchase upsell funnels that appear right after checkout, accepted in one click, with the original sale never at risk.

Try it: accept the offer on the right. That is the whole friction.

What the customer experiences

01

The customer pays

Checkout completes exactly as it always did. Nothing about the original purchase changes.

02

The offer appears

Right after payment, at the moment the customer is most likely to buy again.

03

One click, and it's in

Accepting adds the item to the order with no second checkout. Declining can lead to a different offer.

04

You see what it added

Upsell orders are tagged and tracked in a real-time dashboard, so the extra revenue is visible, not vibes.

And on your side, the receipts

Every funnel reports its views, acceptances, and the extra revenue it generated, in real time. Orders that carry an upsell are tagged in your Shopify admin, so the bonus revenue survives any audit.

Proa Offer Engine: interface preview with sample data

Every answer leads somewhere deliberate

An accepted offer can unlock a premium second one. A declined offer can trigger a rescue with a deeper discount. You design the tree in a visual builder, with no code, and every branch can carry its own A/B variants.

Why it converts

The safest real estate in commerce

Offers appear after payment, so the sale you already made is never at risk. The worst case is a declined offer; the best case is a bigger order.

Accepted in one click

The customer adds the offer without re-entering payment or walking checkout again. Friction is the enemy of the second purchase, so there is none.

Funnels, not one-off popups

Build sequences of upsells and downsells in a visual editor, with no code: accept leads one way, decline another, and every path is deliberate.

A/B testing built in

Run two variants of an offer at the same time and let orders decide which one stays. It is the same conviction behind all of Proa: measure, do not guess.

Triggered where it makes sense

Show offers by product, by category, or store-wide, so the upsell reads as a good suggestion, not a reflex.

Shopify-native, order by order

No theme changes to install, works with Shopify Markets and multiple currencies, and every upsell order is tagged so you can trace the revenue it added.

The module already in production

While the rest of Proa is in alpha preview, Offer Engine is live on real stores today as OfferEngine, installable from the Shopify admin with no theme changes. It joins the Proa lineup as Proa Offer Engine, and pairs naturally with Experiments: the storefront converts the visitor, the offer grows the order.

Questions merchants ask

How does the product recommendation work?

Offer Engine uses Shopify's native AI to analyze the items in the customer's cart right after checkout and automatically selects the most relevant complementary product to offer. No manual configuration required.

What are the funnel steps?

The first offer shown after purchase is Upsell 1. If the customer accepts it, they see a premium second offer; if they decline, they see a downsell, a rescue offer with a higher discount to recover the sale. Every path is yours to configure.

Does it require theme customization or code?

No. The offer mounts on Shopify's native, secure post-purchase page, shown before the thank-you page. No theme blocks, no liquid edits, no code.

Will it slow down my store or checkout?

No. The offer page is hosted and served by Shopify's own infrastructure, and it only appears after payment is confirmed, so it has zero impact on checkout conversion or page speed.

How does one-click acceptance work?

The customer accepts with a single click and Shopify securely charges the original payment method. Card details are never re-entered.

What if no recommendation is available?

Offer Engine falls back to a product you define, so every customer always sees an offer, even when recommendations are unavailable.

How are accepted upsells tracked?

Any order with an accepted upsell is automatically tagged in your Shopify Orders admin, making the bonus revenue easy to filter and report on.

Does it work with Shopify Markets and multiple currencies?

Yes. The offer uses Shopify's native checkout context, which respects the customer's market, currency, and language automatically.
