Built by the people who ran the stores

Proa was not designed in a pitch deck. It grew out of Vasta, an agency that has spent more than ten years designing, building, and optimizing online stores, serving 400+ Shopify entrepreneurs along the way.

An agency-built product

Year after year, across client after client, the same needs kept coming back. Pages that respect the brand instead of fighting it. Changes that go live without a deploy window and without fear. An honest answer to whether each change actually paid off, in orders rather than opinions.

For a decade we solved those problems by hand, store by store. Proa is that practice turned into software: the brand discipline became Studio, the safe shipping became the Runtime script, the honest answer became Experiments, the trained eye became Insights, and the post-purchase playbook became Offer Engine.

The agency is still here, still running stores. That matters: Proa's roadmap is not guessed from analytics dashboards, it is lived every week in real storefronts.

Why "Proa"

Proa is Portuguese for the prow of a ship: the first part to touch what hasn't arrived yet. That is the job we want the product to do for a store, to be the part pointed at what's next. The rest of the identity keeps the family honest: the yellow is farol, a lighthouse; the deep green is mata, the forest. A Brazilian boat, pointed outward.

How we work

If we can't back it, we don't say it

You will find no invented logos, ratings, or testimonials on this site. Proa is young and we would rather earn those slots than fabricate them. It is not a startup pose; it is the house rule inherited from the agency, which publishes it as its own: no proof, no public claim.

Reversible by default

A decade of operating stores teaches you that confidence comes from the undo button. Everything Proa ships to a storefront keeps a point of return, because that is what lets teams move fast without fear.

Measured, not guessed

Agencies get paid for the pages; stores live off the results. We built Proa so every change can answer the only question that matters: did it sell more? In orders, on your store, currency by currency.

No layers in between

During the alpha, the people you talk to are the people who build and run Proa. Questions get answers from whoever wrote the code, and feedback lands directly on the roadmap.
